Pork Chop And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in hot fat.
Place sliced potatoes in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Salt and pepper potatoes to taste.
Arrange browned pork chops on top of potatoes.
Slice onion on top of chops.
Pour soup over onion.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on thickness of chops.
Soup makes delicious gravy on potatoes as it cooks.
