Cranberry Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
4 medium apples, cored and diced (unpeeled)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 c. chopped walnut pieces
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

In food processor, coarsely chop cranberries; stir in sugar. Cover and chill 4 hours.
Drain cranberries for about 2 hours.
In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and gently stir in drained cranberries.
Makes 8 servings.
