Chocolate Caramel Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    14 oz. caramels
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt evaporated milk and caramels (use double boiler or microwave).
    Mix remaining ingredients (mixer may be used).
    Put half of cake mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
    Add caramel mixture and 6 ounces chocolate chips. Crumble rest of cake mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
