Spiced Chicken Legs (Or Wings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken legs or wings
Preparation
    Place chicken in one layer in a 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 until browned, about 1 hour.
    Turn occasionally.
    Drain off fat.
    With slotted spoon, transfer wings to warm Garlic Sauce.
    Mix well.
    Serve with hot red peppers.
