Crostini With Tomato Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 French baguette
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
    Slice the baguette crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place on baking sheet.
    Brush one side of each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
    Turn each slice over and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve with Tomato Pesto Spread.
