Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. Longhorn or 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    6 large potatoes
Preparation
    Cut up onion and saute in butter until tender.
    Add flour and stir.
    Add salt, stir in milk and cook on medium-low until thick. Add cheese.
    Slice potatoes thin, place 1/2 in 8 x 11-inch dish. Add sauce, then rest of potatoes, then rest of sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, 35 minutes and uncovered for 20 minutes.
