Philly-Cheese Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 hoagie buns, split and toasted
    1 1/4 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
    12 slices cheese (Cheddar and/or Swiss)
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Stack beef and onion on bottom half of each bun.
    Cut cheese slices in half and place 4 halves on top of each sandwich.
    Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
    Top each sandwich with remaining bun.
    Serve with chips and pickle strips.
