Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    1 diced potato (medium)
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Fry potatoes in 2 tablespoons bacon drippings until done.
    Beat eggs with minced garlic, salt and pepper.
    Pour into skillet with potatoes, cheese and green chiles; cook until firm, stirring constantly.
    Heat tortillas, one at a time, on burner until soft, about 1 second on each side.
    Stack on paper towel.
    Roll 2 tablespoons egg mixture in each tortilla.
    May serve with salsa.
