Microwave Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley, chives or thyme
    4 Tbsp. grated cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if the skin is tough.
    Otherwise, just rinse and pat dry.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish or pan. Sprinkle with melted butter and the herbs of your choice. Microwave on High power for 10 minutes, rearranging the potatoes after 5 minutes.
    Cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Microwave for another 4 to 6 minutes on High, until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft.
    Sprinkle with salt.
