Chicken Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer
    1 stick oleo
    1 green pepper
    3 c. broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes plus 3 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 medium size onions
    2 medium tomatoes, quartered
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Cut up chicken; salt, pepper and flour it.
    Melt oleo in heavy skillet.
    Place chicken in melted butter; cook at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn chicken and add uncooked rice, sliced onions, green pepper and tomatoes; salt and pepper.
    Pour broth over this and return to oven for 40 minutes.
    Cover with lid.
