Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli
    3 tsp. salt
    3 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 small onion
    3 (1/2-inch) thick slices Velveeta, cubed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli with salt and boiling water 10 to 12 minutes or 5 minutes in microwave.
    Crush when cooked (2 1/2 cups).
    Heat butter; cook onion and blend in flour and milk.
    Stir until sauce boils and thickens.
    Add bouillon, cheese and broccoli.
    Reheat to boiling.
