Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 large eggs
    2 c. grated carrots, packed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Blend cooking oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add carrots, nuts and pineapple.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in a 12 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows).
