Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) bag coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with 1/2 of coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle remaining coconut over top of pie.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 on bottom rack until pie is firm, except center.
    This will finish cooking after removing from oven.
