Porcupine Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small jar or can spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
    onion (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together uncooked rice and ground beef.
    Make into patties.
    Place patties in 13 x 9-inch glass pan.
    Top with sauce and seasoning.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake another 10 minutes or until done to your liking.
