Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box jumbo shells
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with egg, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Place this mixture into uncooked jumbo shells and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Spread a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the pan first.
    Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
