Green Beans Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-cut green beans, drained (reserve liquid)
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and well drained
    toasted almonds
Preparation
    Cook the onion for 10 minutes in the liquid from the beans. Add the beans and heat thoroughly.
    Just before serving, stir in the water chestnuts.
    Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
