Walnut Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped
6 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth (canned)
2 c. milk
2/3 c. water
2 c. herb stuffing
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender. Place in oiled casserole. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine. Stir in flour. Add milk and broth. Stir until thick. Melt 4 tablespoons margarine in water. Mix with stuffing and walnuts. Pour broth over broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
