Top Blade Steak With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 top blade steaks
    4 or 5 medium potatoes
    2 onions
    4 carrots
    8 oz. water
Preparation
    Chop potatoes, onions and carrots like for stew.
    Wash steaks. Put in a baking pan.
    Put potatoes, onions and carrots in same baking pan with steaks.
    Pour water in pan with steaks and vegetables.
    Sprinkle with black pepper and salt to taste.
    Cook until meat is done or until water is almost gone.
    Can be baked or cooked on top of stove.
    Makes 6 or 8 servings.
