Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, cut fine
1 c. bread crumbs
2 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Worcestershire
1 c. flour
salad oil or shortening
1/2 c. beef consomme
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Mix onion, crumbs, beef, eggs, salt, curry powder, cheeses, seasoned salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together.
Form into large marble size meatballs.
Roll in flour and brown in shortening.
Drain on paper towel.
