Crab Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. crabmeat (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
    4 English muffins
    8 sandwich cut cheese slices
Preparation
    Thaw crabmeat if frozen.
    Combine crabmeat, cheese, celery and parsley.
    Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and liquid hot pepper sauce.
    Toss crabmeat mixture with dressing.
    Split and toast English muffins; spread muffins with margarine.
    Place approximately 1/4 cup crab mixture and top with 1 slice cheese on each half of English muffins.
    Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and crab mixture is heated.
    Serves 4.
