Pig-N-Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork steaks or chops, cut into strips
    4 to 6 large potatoes, cubed small
    1 medium or small onion
    1 small bunch cilantro
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    oil
Preparation
    Place enough oil in skillet to barely cover bottom of pan. Heat and add pork strips.
    Brown on both sides.
    Add onion, cilantro, salt, pepper and potatoes.
    Pour in 1 glass water. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    I use a big electric skillet.
    It seems to hold more.
