Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. butter
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Sift sugar, flour and salt.
Blend with the beaten
egg yolks. Add
milk,
lemon
juice and rind, beating thoroughly. Melt butter
and
add.
Fold
in stiffly beaten egg whites and bake in pudding
dish
set in pan of hot water.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 3/4 hour.
Serve cold.
