Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 c. diced celery
2 small jars pimentos
1 tsp. minced onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 can French onion soup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. potato chips
almonds
Preparation

Mix chicken, eggs, celery, pimentos, onion, mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and salt.
Let stand overnight.
In the morning, add cheese, potato chips and almonds.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. This is my family's favorite.
