Apple Crunch Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. diced, peeled apples
    raisins (optional)
    3 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine Wesson oil, sugar and eggs.
    Mix in mixer; add vanilla.
    Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Dice apples and mix with flour.
    Cook 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Raisins can be added.
