Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 c. Italian style canned tomatoes, chopped
    2 anchovy fillets, mashed (optional)
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped or 1 tsp. dry basil
    1 tsp. leaf oregano
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped or 1 tsp. dry parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In skillet over low to medium heat, saute garlic about 5 minutes.
    Add other ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve over spaghetti or seafood.
    Serves 6.
