Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Mix well.
Measure and sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add to first mixture. Then add vanilla, nuts and apples.
Mix together well.
Pour in a tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
