Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium Irish potatoes
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cube, cook and drain potatoes.
    Mash while hot.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, margarine and onions.
    Place in casserole dish, then cover with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in oven until browned lightly and is bubbly (400\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes).
    This makes 1 large casserole or 2 regular casseroles, or ingredients can be halved.
