Best Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Then egg, melted butter, water and vinegar.
    Mix well until it has elasticity, then roll out for 2 (9-inch) pie tins.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pie plates.
