Pumpkin Oatmeal Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 c. finely chopped dates
    1 c. chopped raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine oats, dates, raisins, pecans and milk.
    Mix well and gradually stir into oatmeal mixture.
    Spoon into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about an hour or until comes clean with a toothpick.
