Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seedless raisins
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Cook raisins in boiling water until tender.
    Stir in mixture of sugar and flour; cook after mixture begins to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in nuts, grated lemon rind and lemon juice.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
