Festive Favorite - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
10 oz. frozen/fresh raspberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
6 oz. raspberry yogurt

Preparation

Make 1 package Jell-O.
Let set until egg white consistency (not too liquidy, not too hard).
Mix in raspberries.
Pour into a 3-quart serving bowl.
Let set completely.
Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream.
Add in chopped walnuts.
Spread over set Jell-O.
In separate bowl, make second package Jell-O.
Let set until egg white consistency.
Add in yogurt.
Mix or whisk well. Pour over sour cream mixture.
Chill 4 hours.
An absolute favorite!
Serves 4 to 6.
Double ingredients for 12 servings.
