Orange Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in very warm water in large mixing bowl.
    Beat in 1/4 cup of the sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream and 6 tablespoons of melted butter with mixer.
    Gradually add 2 cups flour and beat until smooth.
    Knead in remaining flour.
    Place in bowl and let rise until doubled (2 hours).
    Knead dough on well floured surface about 15 times.
    Roll 1/2 of the dough to circle.
    Combine 3/4 cup sugar and orange rind.
    Brush dough with 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with 1/2 the sugar and orange rind.
    Cut into wedges. Roll up from wide end.
    Repeat until all dough is used.
    Place point down on greased pan.
    Cover and let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
