Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. applesauce
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
4 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix and cook everything, except flour and soda, for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Add flour and soda.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
