Polynesian Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut up frying chickens
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh papaya, cubed
Preparation
    Shake chicken parts in paper bag with flour and seasoned salt. Melt margarine and rub 2 tablespoons of it into 2 large baking dishes.
    Place in chicken and brush remaining margarine over each piece.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until browned. Combine juices, sugar, soy sauce, salt and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat when thickened and add fruit.
    Pour mixture over chicken, coating each piece.
    Bake 10 minutes longer. Garnish with chopped parsley.
