Tamale Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 qt. beef stock
2 c. canned chili beans
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tamales, quartered
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet.
Drain.
Add with rest of ingredients except tamales in crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours. Add tamales.
Re-cover and cook 30 minutes longer. Accompany with hot cornbread.
