Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk
    1 doz. eggs
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. Minute rice
    1 can crushed pineapple (reserve liquid)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cook rice, using liquid from pineapple, with water.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat together.
    Pour into pie plates sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
