Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned
    1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/2 c. bran flakes, crushed
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Combine crushed flakes and spices.
    Dip chicken breasts into buttermilk.
    Cover with flakes and spice mixture.
    Melt margarine in baking dish.
    Arrange chicken in dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
