Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 Large Green Peppers
    1 lb. Ground Beef
    3/4 Cup Raw Rice
    1/2 Cup Salad Dressing
    1 Can Cream of Tomato Soup
Preparation
    Cut off top of peppers and clean.
    Remove all seeds and membrane.
    Parboil for about two minutes; drain.
    Brown the ground beef; drain.
    Cook the rice until tender in salt water and add to ground beef.
    Add 1/2 cup salad dressing.
    Mix well and stuff each pepper.
