Shipwreck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 doz. eggs
chopped onion and/or green pepper (if desired)
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in the bottom of a sheet cake pan or oven roaster (or Dutch oven if cooking outdoors).
Beat and add eggs and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Stir gently to loosen edges. Return to oven for 10 minutes (should be almost soft set).
Add all remaining ingredients and return to oven, covered for 10 to 15 minutes until eggs are set to your liking.
Serves 12.
