White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo or butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream (16 oz.)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. yellow raisins
1 c. cherries, cut in half
Preparation

Mix oleo or butter
with sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add
vanilla and sour cream.
Mix dry ingredients and add to
creamy
mixture.
Stir
in
nuts, raisins and cherries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for
1
hour
and 5 minutes in lightly greased and floured tube pan or 2 bread pans.
