Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 bunch green onions
Preparation
    Heat, don't boil.
    Add raw chicken wings; stir and coat.
    Let boil for 20 minutes, covered.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours uncovered on stove or in oven at 350\u00b0 at least 1 hour.
