Tenderized Cube Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tenderized cube steaks
    1 c. plain flour (more if needed)
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    milk for gravy
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat steak with flour; dip in egg, then back in flour.
    Brown on both sides over medium heat. Remove from skillet.
    Add seasoned flour; stir.
    Add milk and cook until thickened.
    Serve on steak.
    Also can be put on rice or creamed potatoes.
