Frangos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in double boiler and allow to cool.
    In a bowl, heat margarine or butter and powdered sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add vanilla and cooled chocolate chips.
    Add flavoring.
    Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
