Baked Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 (17 oz.) can whole chilies
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spray oil in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Line bottom of pan with chilies (open and lay flat).
    Remove seeds.
    Cover with cheese.
    Beat eggs for 2 minutes.
    Add salt, milk and Bisquick mix to eggs and mix thoroughly.
    Pour over peppers and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
