Easy Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    until
    light.
    Add
    the
    sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
    Then add the water.
    Sift dry ingredients together 3 times and gradually add to the mixture. Lastly,
    add
    the
    vanilla.
    Grease
    a
    jelly
    roll
    pan (11 x 15-inch),
    place
    wax
    paper
    on the bottom, and grease again, also sprinkle flour over this.
    Spread batter on this and bake in a moderately hot oven (stoves vary) for 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0. Turn out immediately on a damp towel and remove the wax paper. Spread
    with
    either jelly or any other filling (lemon is good). Roll like jelly roll.
    Makes 12 or 14 servings.
