Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain off fat thoroughly.
    Heat refried beans; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add other ingredients and heat through.
