Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili with beans
    1 (15 oz.) Old El Paso enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. cumin
    6 oz. pkg. Fritos (reserve 1 c. for top)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Drain.
    In a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, combine the chili, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, 1 cup sharp cheese and the Fritos.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
