Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    1 c. Quick oats
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. catsup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    To make meatballs, combine beef, evaporated milk, oats, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Shape into walnut size balls.
    Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
    Freeze until solid. Store frozen meatballs in freezer bags until ready to cook.
