Singapore Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken or turkey strips (1 x 1/2-inch)
1 1/2 c. blanched fresh pea pods
1 c. thin, diagonally sliced carrots
1/2 c. green onion with tops, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces
2/3 c. picante sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 can (3 oz.) chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine chicken, pea pods, carrots and green onion in large bowl.
Combine picante sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar; mix well.
Toss with chicken mixture; chill.
