Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add sugar and shortening to potatoes while hot.
Combine this to flour mixture and knead lightly until dough can be easily handled.
Bake at 425\u00b0 in a preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
